One day, every tribe, nation and tongue will praise the name of Jesus. From the beginning of The Sanctuary Church, we have had a desire to welcome all people — no matter what culture, race, ethnicity, history or background. We are launching a new sermon series on Sunday that we hope will help us better live as ONE. We’ll be unpacking what the Bible says about Finding Unity in Diversity. We hope you can join us at 9:30 or 11 a.m.

Find out more about the ONE sermon series by watching this message from Pastor Ronn:

At the end of our sermon series, ONE, we will be hosting a lunch to create conversation about finding unity in diversity. David Spencer, senior pastor at The Church of Chicago, will facilitate a discussion on how the church can become more aware of the diversity in our community and love each other better. Pastor Spencer also will be preaching two of the messages during the sermon series. Please sign up at the Info Table if you plan to attend the lunch after second service Dec. 2.

Study questions are available to accompany our current sermon series, “ONE.” Whether you are part of a growth group or want to go deeper in your personal study of diversity, you can download the study guide through our web site or The Sanctuary app. We also have a few printed booklets at the Info Table.

Learn more about Highpoint at a meeting with Executive Pastor Steve Smith and Lead Pastor Ron Zappia tonight at 7 p.m. Steve and Ron will give an overview of Highpoint and answer questions. As we prepare for the next meeting, please submit your thoughts, concerns and questions by clicking here.

Then, Plan to attend a Q&A with The Sanctuary leaders and Wade Burnett from Multisite Solutions at 6 p.m. Nov. 18. Childcare will be provided. Hightpoint Pastor Ron Zappia will preach at The Sanctuary Nov. 25.

We would like to set aside time every Sunday between services and Tuesdays at 6 a.m. to pray as a body for the next steps for our church. Please make this a priority and join us in the hallway outside the office for weekly prayer.
