If you have a child in our KidsTown program (birth to grade 5), we need you to fill out a new registration form for the fall. Please use the form at the bottom of this blog post, or pick up a paper copy at the Welcome Table any Sunday in May.

We need an up-to-date registration form for every child planning to participate in KidsTown. This information helps us plan for class sizes so we know how many leaders and helpers we need. We also are able to provide for the needs of the children in our program when we are aware of allergies, medical issues and special needs.

In addition, the information helps us ensure your child’s safety by providing accurate contact information on each parent/child tag.

We do need a separate form for every child, even if they are in the same family. We realize this takes a little more time to complete, but the extra few minutes of effort on the part of parents goes a long way to help us provide the best possible program for children at The Sanctuary.
