Check out the ARISE web site

We recently celebrated the first 10 years of changed lives through the awesome work of God in the lives of people at The Sanctuary. Today, we begin another chapter in the life of our church.

We are so excited to see what God is going to do in our church in the next six weeks as we launch not only a new sermon series, but a two-year generosity initiative called, “ARISE.”

We want to make sure our church body has all of the details related to ARISE, so we have created a secondary web site that is the source for the latest news, information, media files and stories of what God is doing in our church. Jump on over to www.sanctuaryarise.org to check it out.

WANT TO KNOW MORE?

Check out the ARISE table in the lobby any of the next five weeks to get details about ARISE, including a proposed facility, our plans to expand our reach in the community and world, and the financial aspects of ARISE.

PICK UP THE ARISE BOOKLET

We will be handing out a booklet on Sunday morning that explains ARISE and exactly what we are asking of this church. This booklet also will include a daily devotional for the next five weeks, as well as small group questions. We will not be including small group questions in The Connection during this sermon series. We hope that by printing them in the ARISE booklet it will make it easy for you to keep all of your ARISE materials in one place! If you weren’t in church this week, you can download the booklet online and then pick up a copy any of the next few weeks.

TALK TO THE GENEROSITY TEAM

For the past four months, a team of people from The Sanctuary has been meeting on almost a weekly basis to pray for ARISE and work through all of the details of this initiative. If you have questions, feel free to ask anyone on the Generosity Team: Pastor Ronn and Michele Smith, Pastor Ben Wangler, Jeremiah Higgins, Jeff and Julie Holtz, Bob Horejs, Tim and Carrie Klayum, Emily Neal, or Larry and Emily Sault.
